Reentry Reimagined
L.I.F.E. 2.O Workforce Empowerment program
The Reentry Reimagined: L.I.F.E. 2.O Workforce Empowerment program addresses systemic challenges of reentry and housing instability by offering employment assistance and skill development. Participants are supported with job training, resume building, interview coaching, and job placement services. The program also encourages community involvement through service projects, networking opportunities, peer support groups, and helping participants build connections. Additionally, the skills development curriculum within the program equips participants with the essential skills needed to thrive in the workplace and advance their careers, by providing a comprehensive approach to personal and professional growth.
L.I.F.E. 2.O is committed to a holistic outreach approach within our coverage area, aiming to recruit and engage vulnerable, at-risk individuals and those impacted by the system. This includes partnering with community-based organizations, state probation and parole agencies, indigenous, LGBTQ+, and youth organizations. We ensure our outreach is culturally appropriate and inclusive by using tailored messages and materials that resonate with specific cultural backgrounds.
